Rude Tiger blend popular modern rock with soaring guitar melodies, catchy lyrics and melodic vocals with a solid tearing rhythm section. Sounding like The Police fused with Steve Vai thrown into a modern pot of Muse, Kings Of Leon and then stirred thoroughly!

The band comprises of Newton Abbot brothers Jas Morris 24 on Vocals and Guitar and Dan Morris 26 on Bass and Keyboards with Torquay lad D Collings 22 on Drums and Samples.

Since hitting the South West scene a few years ago, the group has continuously
expanded its horizons, gigging throughout the UK and gaining a bass of faithful
fans. They’ve played London, Manchester, Mansfield, Monmouth, Cambridge, Plymouth, Exeter, Torbay and numerous other locales in an attempt to spread the Rude Tiger everywhere!

Frontman Jas Morris 24 on vocals and guitar won the UK’s Guitarist Of The Year
Guitarist magazine. He was also a top finalist in the INTERNATIONAL Guitar Idol
Contest held at the London Music Show! He has gained such comments as ‘this guy is
the real deal..’, ‘Jas Morris is an ultimate pro..’ and obtained official
endorsement from Ernie Ball Musicman Guitars.


They are currently recording a new album with EMI producer Brian Monk and will
shortly be looking for distribution.

´A word now on Rude Tiger… There are moments when you expect something utterly
ordinary but get slapped in the face so hard by excellence you are simply stunned
into silence, this was Rude Tiger. Hailing from the West Country this three piece
band are new and seriously up and coming, yet they are so incredibly talented it´s
hard to wonder what will stop them from being massive. I can best describe them as a
raw Muse phasing between their ‘Showbiz` and ‘Origins of Symmetry` albums.....[this
is] really one group you have to see in order to understand them. Check them out as
